The Colorado Homeownership Coalition (CHC) is a financial lifeline for individuals and families that need a helping hand — with the mission to inspire hope in sustaining homeownership when tragedy strikes.
Our Mortgage Assistance Program (MAP) creates a temporary bridge to help stabilize a housing situation and avoid issues associated with delinquent payments for mortgage, HOA, and/or property taxes.

We were founded by The Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association (CMLA). Since our inception, the CHC and CMLA have continued working closely together to support and expand CHC’s critical mission.
